The Campus DLC added the ability to create special university zones called Campus Areas with paths and user placed buildings similar to Parklife. Previously, university level education was provided by individual buildings (University, European University, and Faculty). The Campus expansion allows the player to build sprawling university campuses composed of many different buildings. As the university campus levels up in reputation, new buildings become available. Unlike Parklife and Industries, Campus areas can also level down, losing reputation level if requirements are no longer met.
Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time download. Sep 16, 2020 The Campus expansion allows the player to build sprawling university campuses composed of many different buildings. As the university campus levels up in reputation, new buildings become available. Unlike Parklife and Industries, Campus areas can also level down, losing reputation level if requirements are no longer met.
There are three types of university campuses available, each with different styles and Unique Faculties, as well as increasing costs.
Administration Buildings[edit]
There can only be one of each type in each city as Administration Buildings are a special type of Unique Building that define what type of campus each campus area is. An Administration Building is the first building that must be placed in a campus area.
Creating a Campus Area[edit]
Creating or enlarging an area is achieved with an area paint brush found in the Districts and Areas menu in the game.
Reputation[edit]
Like Parklife Parks, and Industries Industrial Areas, each Campus can level up its reputation, unlocking new buildings, policies, and if desired, higher tuition. Unlike Parklife and Industry areas, a Campus may also 'level down' if requirements are not maintained.
Leveling up is dependent on reaching target levels for the number of students, Academic Works, and campus attractiveness. A campus must always have an Administration Building.
Building Types[edit]
Each of the three university varieties have 22 buildings available to be built.
Administration Building - this is the 'Main' building and is the first building to be placed, and determines which set of university buildings can be built within the campus. They are unique buildings, as there can only be one of them per city. This main building must have road access as it provides a connection point between the campus and the city services.
Education - each one has five buildings in this category, plus the unique faculties.
Faculties - each one has three buildings in this category. These are Unique Buildings, as only one of each may be built in one city.
